Spring Clean Up: Between January and March, a general landscape cleanup will take place to remove incidental landscape debris that have accumulated over the winter months.

Mowing will take place every 10 to14 days beginning in April each year and continuing through the mowing season, ending in October. During extended rainy and dry, mowing will take place as conditions dictate. Minor trash and debris will be removed prior to mowing. All accessible sidewalks and curbs shall be edged with every mowing using a steel blade edger. Excess grass clippings, and debris will be blown from Hardscape areas after each service almost areas will be kept free and clear of excess clippings. Appropriate nonselective weed controls shall be applied to sidewalks and curbs to prevent growth of grass and weeds and maintained areas as needed.
Mulch Installation: Furnish and install dyed brown much to previously mulched common areas tree rings and shrub beds at depth of approximately 2 inches. Mulch may be installed by hand. Clean up work area upon completion of insulation is included. Pricing includes all labor and equipment and materials.
Fall Clean up and Gutters: Fallen leaves shall be disposed of from gutters, maintained lawn and bed areas two times per contract season; Weather permitting, to take place once in November and once in December. Leaves shall be managed using all means available including mowing\mulching, blowing, raking, and vacuuming and order to maintain a neat appearance. When available, natural areas shall be used for organic leaf recycling.
Lawn Aeration: All accessible turf areas shall be core aerated one time per year with mechanical aerator to alleviate compaction, permit penetration of moisture and nutrients, and to provide a proper oxygen – soil relationship. Aeration shall be performed during the September – October time. Irrigation heads will be flagged to minimize the chance of damage. Cores left to top dress and turf and break down naturally. Along with core aeration, there and then areas will receive over seating at a rate of 4 pounds of seed backsplash 1000 square-foot using turf tape blended fescue Grass seed. This will strengthen weak areas and incorporate in prude varieties of grass seed into existing turf.
Pruning: Pruning shall only be performed by skilled plantsman, knowledgeable of the growth habits of the specific plant, and using hand pruners, loppers, pole pruners, and shears.
